Health History Form
All students must have this form completed and returned to the School by August 2, 2010 in order to begin classes on August 24. If you have any questions please contact Nurse Stevenson at estevenson@parishepiscopal.org.
Summer Reading Lists
School Supplies
The Parents' Association is offering pre-packaged school supplies for 1st -8th grades. The June 4 deadline has passed but RUSH Orders will be accepted until July 23. If orders aren't received by July 23, parents will have to purchase students' supplies individually.
