Re-enrollment for 2010-11
Deadline: February 16, 2010
Please be sure you have your blue instruction sheet with your "snapcode" before you begin.
NOTE: If you have experienced prior technical difficulties, please log in and begin where your last session ended.
Important Reminders:
• You will need the blue instruction sheet that was included in the packet you received in the mail to re-enroll. Your child’s unique “snapcode” is listed on the sheet. You will not be able to re-enroll without the snapcode.
• If you enrolled using infosnap last year you can log in with your Email Address and Password. (To recover your password, use the “Forgot Password” feature.) Otherwise you will create an infosnap account as instructed on screen.
• The information that you enter will override the information in our database. Please pay close attention to any changes you make to your information.
• If you are enrolling more than one child and you’ve provided grandparent information before, note that grandparent information will only appear on one child’s form. You need only complete/update the grandparent information on that child’s form, and it will be entered into the database for all of your children.
• Re-enrollment is NOT considered complete until you have submitted your online form, and the school receives a non-refundable initial tuition payment (via online payment or check), a completed Plan C Bank Draft Authorization Form and voided check (if Plan C is selected) and a notarized Parent Authorization Form for each child.

• Should you decide to withdraw your enrollment before May 1st, you will forfeit the $1500 initial tuition payment (or $750 in the case of pre-k students) and any other tuition paid prior to the date of withdrawal, but you will not be liable for the balance of the tuition for the 2010-11 school year.
• Re-enrollment is due Tuesday, February 16, 2010.
