Upper School
US Summer Mathematics Assignments
2010-11 US Course Catalog
Grades nine through twelve
are located at the Midway Campus. The dedicated Upper School area creates an environment conducive to academic and social growth among peers, while providing the visibility and interaction needed for older students to serve as role models and mentors to younger students.
The Upper School faculty and staff view the high school years as a bridge between Middle School and the independence of college. Students are expected to assume responsibility and accountability to a greater degree than in middle school. Ethical behavior and social responsibility are integral facets of the program.
Parish offers Upper School students a challenging college preparatory curriculum with advanced programs in the fine arts, languages, science and mathematics. Great focus is placed on developing the study habits and work ethic needed to be academically successful and prepared for the rigors of college. Parish also places special emphasis on athletics, community service, and elective classes in visual and performing arts, to complement the core classes in advancing the student’s total development.
