Game format - will be 40 minutes timed and you will play as much of a regular game in that time limit as you can.

Warm up - 12 minutes total
	2 mins shared ball handling
	4 mins court time each
	2 mins shared serving

Gym doors will open at 9:00 AM for first game warm ups.
