Ever since the war in Iraq began, the 3rd and 4th graders at PES have adopted soldiers on the front lines of the war.  Below are introductions to the soldiers who have come home, AND to the two soldiers we are presently adopting for the school year 2008-2009, Captain Julie Perry, and Staff Sgt. Philip Huber.

Adoption by the 3rd and 4th graders at PES means daily prayers in chapel for our soldiers' safety, along with mailings of all sorts of goodies and letters of encouragement and support.  Please join us in supporting our military all over the world, but most especially those who serve in harm's way every day.
