Introduction to the course: This course is an introductory
exploration of the beliefs and practices of the five major religious traditions:
Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam and Judaism. Included in this course are essential
vocabulary, geography, history and core teachings of each religion. The goal of this course is for each student
to expand their knowledge of the major religious teachings and expand their
own beliefs in what they say and do in their own religious tradition. |
